Advice Centre lady We hope that you progress through your assessments
without a hitch. However there may be an occasion when
you wish to raise concerns about an academic result or
decision made by a UCS Assessment Board.
If this is the case and you would like some independent
and confidential advice then we can talk you
through your options and assist you through the process.
In the first instance this may involve exploring whether
the concern can be resolved informally. If not, and if you
believe you have legitimate grounds, we can support you
through the formal appeals procedure which should be
submitted within 10 working days of you receiving
your ratified result.

For more information, take a look at the Academic Appeals Policy  and the Stage 1 and Stage 2 forms, or contact the Advice Centre.
